CLOSE-UP PHOTOS

Whatever part of a product is malfunctioning, broken, damaged, etc., please take close ups of the issues with your product open and closed (If applicable).

INFORMATION

Providing rough measurements: if we are replacing glass, a window sash, door panel, window etc. are extremely helpful. Even if we are not replacing any product it is VERY HELPFUL to have dimensions of the product that we are working on
